Claude skills for CRO read your page the way a first-time visitor would, strip friction out of the form or booking step between a click and a call, and make sure you can count what changes. For a B2B business selling a service, the conversion that counts is a booked call or a sent form, not a signup or a checkout. Install three first: Conversion Rate Optimization finds what is broken on the page and in the form, Analytics Tracking counts every form sent and call booked so you know whether a fix worked, and Meeting Conversion & Show Rate makes sure the calls you book actually happen.
Five jobs, each with an owner. A skill does the work inside one box, it does not decide whether the fix ships.
Every claim, proof point and friction point gets read the way a first-time visitor would, before anything changes.
Owner: whoever owns that page's copy or design.
The real hesitation a visitor feels gets named, not guessed at: which objection actually needs answering first.
Owner: whoever writes the copy that answers it.
Every extra field, unclear next step or missing reminder costs a call, from the button to the moment the prospect joins.
Owner: whoever owns the funnel end to end.
The offer on the page decides whether the call gets booked at all, before a single line of copy changes.
Owner: the founder or whoever sets pricing.
Every form sent and call booked is counted, and a rewrite is judged against the old page, not on how the new one looks.
Owner: whoever reads the numbers afterward.
What is a Claude skill (and what it is not)
A Claude skill is a folder of instructions, checklists and sometimes scripts that Claude reads before doing one job, the same way a new hire reads a playbook before touching a live page. Install one and Claude follows it: which friction points to check on a form, how to frame a price, what a valid A/B test actually requires. A skill is not a website builder, an analytics platform or a person. It does not run a test by itself, and it does not touch your live site unless you separately connect a tool that lets it write.

Audit the page
Conversion Rate Optimization reads a marketing page and the form behind it, a contact or demo request form included, and tells you what is actually costing you conversions: an unclear message, a weak call to action, missing proof, a form with more fields than it needs. It is the skill we would install first. Every fix that follows should answer something this audit found, not a hunch about the hero image. It also writes each fix as a test idea, ready for the measurement skills further down. Install: npx skills add manojbajaj95/claude-gtm-plugin --skill conversion-rate-optimization
Site Architecture plans the page hierarchy, navigation and internal linking around the page you are optimizing, so a visitor who does not convert on the first page still has an obvious next click instead of a dead end. A CRO fix on one page does little if the three pages around it still send visitors nowhere. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill site-architecture
Landing (HTML Page Generator) builds a self-contained landing page with scroll animation, for when the audit calls for a rebuild rather than a tweak. Useful for a page that has drifted so far from what it should say that editing it line by line takes longer than starting again. Install: /plugin marketplace add alirezarezvani/claude-skills then /plugin install marketing-skills@claude-code-skills
The psychology behind a yes
Marketing Psychology & Mental Models applies principles such as scarcity and social proof to a specific page or offer decision, so a fix rests on why people actually say yes, not on a personal taste for a bigger button. Run it after the audit, on the two or three fixes it ranked first. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill marketing-psychology
Competitor & Alternative Pages builds the comparison page a hesitant buyer reads right before deciding, weighing you against the option they are actually considering, not against nobody. A page that never answers "why not the other option" leaves that question for a search engine to answer instead. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill competitors
Fix the form and the path to the call
Popup CRO designs and tunes popups, modals, slide-ins and exit-intent overlays. On a B2B service site, the useful ones are not discount coupons. Think of a booking form that opens when someone clicks a button, so they never leave the page, or a checklist offered to a visitor who is about to leave and not ready to talk yet. Use it sparingly: an overlay that fires the moment a page loads mostly gets closed. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill popups
Meeting Conversion & Show Rate covers the step most CRO lists forget: a booked call nobody attends converts nobody. It builds the confirmation sent right after booking, the reminders before the call, and the follow-up with a new slot when someone does not show. It is the third skill we would install, since for a service business the call is the conversion that counts. The skill drafts these messages. You decide what goes out, and under whose name. Install: npx add-skill louisblythe/salesskills --skill meeting-conversion
Price and frame the offer
Pricing Strategy guides the pricing model, the packaging and the value-based decisions behind what a visitor sees. Whatever the page says about price, a figure, a set of tiers or only how billing works, should reflect a real decision, not whatever felt safe to type in. Install: npx skills add manojbajaj95/claude-gtm-plugin --skill pricing-strategy
Pricing Strategist (alireza) recommends a pricing model and a price range using two named methods. Van Westendorp is a short survey that asks buyers at what price your offer starts to feel too cheap or too expensive. Good-better-best (GBB) packaging puts three tiers side by side. Worth running next to the skill above when you want the recommendation checked against a method, not a second opinion in the same style. Install: /plugin marketplace add alirezarezvani/claude-skills then /plugin install commercial@claude-code-skills
Test and measure
A/B Test Setup designs a test that can really tell two versions of a page apart, and its sample size table shows how many visitors each version needs before the result means anything. On a B2B site with modest traffic, that number is often out of reach. Knowing it before you start is worth as much as the test itself: it stops you from calling a winner after forty visits. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill ab-testing
Analytics Tracking sets up and audits GA4 (Google Analytics), GTM (Google Tag Manager, which feeds it) and conversion events, the counters that record each form sent and each call booked. It is the second skill we would install. Without it you cannot say whether any fix above worked, and a test run on broken tracking just produces a confident wrong answer. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill analytics
Attribution picks an attribution model and reconciles the conflicting numbers that show up once more than one marketing tool tracks the same visitor. The question "did that page change actually work?" only has one answer once your tools agree on how a conversion is counted. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill attribution
The order we would install them in
Start with Conversion Rate Optimization to find out what is actually broken on the page and in the form before changing anything. Install Analytics Tracking the same week, so every form sent and call booked is counted from day one. Run Site Architecture alongside the audit if the problem is bigger than one page, and reach for Landing (HTML Page Generator) only once the audit says rebuild, not tweak.
Once you know what is broken, find out why with Marketing Psychology & Mental Models and Competitor & Alternative Pages, so the fix answers a real hesitation instead of a guess. Then work on the path to the call: Meeting Conversion & Show Rate so booked calls actually happen, and Popup CRO only if a booking form that opens in place, or an offer for visitors not ready to talk, suits your site.
With the page and the path both fixed, decide what the page says about price with Pricing Strategy and Pricing Strategist (alireza). What a page says, or leaves out, about price shapes who books the call, and that should be a choice, not an accident. Close with A/B Test Setup and Attribution: check whether your traffic supports a real test, then make sure your tools agree on what counts as a conversion before you trust the number they hand back.
What we left out, and why
CRO (Corey Haines) does the same job as Conversion Rate Optimization above, reading a page or form for what to fix. Picking one saves you from installing two skills that answer the same brief.
Signup Flow CRO (Corey Haines) is built for account creation and trial signups inside a software product, and its own instructions send lead capture forms to another skill. A service business has no signup flow, and the form that matters, the diagnostic or booking form, is already covered by Conversion Rate Optimization.
LinkedIn Profile (Alireza Rezvani) scores and rewrites a LinkedIn profile. Useful, but a profile is not a page on your site, and CRO is about the pages you control and can measure.
Paywall and Upgrade Screen CRO (Corey Haines) optimizes the in-app screens that move users from a free plan to a paid one inside a SaaS product. A service business has no paywall for this skill to work on.
Pricing Strategy (Corey Haines) shares its name with the skill picked above and designs pricing tiers and packaging for SaaS. We cover it in our Claude skills for copywriting article instead of adding a third pricing skill here.
Offer Definer and Value Proposition Lister (lemlist) write the offer and the value proposition a page is built around, upstream of the CRO work in this list. They belong to the offer itself, not to fixing an existing page, and that same copywriting article covers them.
What a skill will not do for you
A skill audits a page, names the friction, and designs the test. It does not know which objection actually made your best client hesitate before they booked, because that lives in a sales conversation, not in a public GitHub repository. It will not run the test on your live domain traffic either: you still need real visitors, a tool that splits them, and someone reading the result honestly instead of stopping the test the moment it looks good.
None of these twelve skills know if a two percent lift on a page nobody targets in outbound is worth chasing, versus fixing the value proposition further up the funnel that decides who lands on the page at all. Tying a page fix to which buyers actually reach it, and what they need to hear to book, is closer to what our sales pipeline conversion work does than what any single skill can.
That judgment, and the system behind it, is what we install for clients under the Offer letter of the GOALS method.
FAQ
Can a Claude skill change my live website?
Only if you separately connect it with write access to your site or your analytics account. Every skill above is built to read the page or the form and hand back a plan, a draft or a test design, not to publish changes on its own.
Is it safe to give a skill access to my analytics or my site?
Read the skill's source before granting write access, and test any change it suggests on a staging copy of the page first, not the live one your outbound and ads traffic actually hits. A skill published by an individual on GitHub carries different risk than a tool built by a platform vendor, and both deserve a first run somewhere that is not your production domain.
Are Claude skills free?
The skill itself is usually free and open source. Most of the ones on this list carry an MIT license or none listed rather than a paid one. What is not free is the Claude usage running the skill, and any analytics or testing tool it points you to install separately.
Do they work in Claude.ai or only Claude Code?
Most of the skills above install through Claude Code, using npx skills add, npx add-skill or a /plugin install command. Check the exact command listed for each skill, since the install path differs by publisher and not every one has confirmed Claude.ai support yet.
How do I install one?
Read the skill's SKILL.md file first so you know exactly what it checks or drafts, run the install command listed above, then test it on a page that is not live yet, or a duplicate of one that is, before you point it at anything real traffic reaches.
