What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of https://kaizen-agency.be: the pages, the blog and the GOALS Diagnostic. They are an agreement between you and MP Management, trading as Kaizen Agency.

The site addresses companies and people acting for a company. It is not aimed at consumers, and nothing here is sold to a private individual.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using it.

What the GOALS Diagnostic is

The diagnostic scores your own answers. It gives an indication of where your acquisition system is weakest, nothing more.

It is not advice adapted to your company, and it promises no result. Decisions you take after reading a score remain yours.

You answer for the accuracy of what you enter. A score built on approximate answers is an approximate score.

What happens to the data you submit is described in the privacy policy.

Booking a call

A call booked from this site is free and commits neither side to anything. Any engagement starts with a separate written contract.

Using our content

You may quote a passage, a figure or a table from an article, provided you name Kaizen Agency and link to the page you took it from.

Republishing a whole article, translating it, or presenting our material as your own needs written permission.

The GOALS method, the name, the texts, the visuals and the code of this site belong to MP Management. Client logos belong to their owners and appear as references.

What you agree not to do

No attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

No automated mass extraction of the content, beyond what a search engine does to index public pages.

No submitting someone else's personal data through a form without their knowledge.

Services and contracts

This page covers the website. What Kaizen delivers, for how long, at what price and under which guarantee is set out in the contract signed with each client, and that contract prevails over anything written here.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We keep it running with reasonable care, without promising uninterrupted access or error-free content.

MP Management cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of this site, nor for decisions taken on the basis of a diagnostic score.

The site links to third-party tools, such as the booking calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what happens there.

Changes

These terms can change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Liège.
