Top 20 Claude Skills for Lead Management and CRM (2026)
The 3 Claude skills for CRM we would install first, plus 20 more grouped by job: cleaning, scoring, replies, and what a skill will not do.

Claude skills for CRM clean stale records, score leads against your ICP, route them to an owner, and draft a first reply while you are away from your inbox. If you install three: HubSpot Audit shows what is broken in your CRM before you pour new leads into it, Reply Handler drafts a relationship-first answer to each reply, and Score Leads tiers every lead hot, warm or cold so whoever closes calls the right one first.
Six jobs, each with an owner. A skill does the work inside one box, it does not move the lead to the next one.
Duplicates merged, stale records flagged, before any new lead touches the database.
Owner: whoever runs the CRM, on a fixed schedule.
Every lead carries a fit score against your ICP and an intent or engagement score.
Owner: marketing or ops, not whoever is closing this week.
The lead or reply sits with one named person, not a shared inbox or a queue.
Owner: a fixed rule, territory, tier or round robin, never manual triage.
A relationship-first draft exists within minutes of the reply landing.
Owner: the human who owns the account sends it, the skill only drafts.
Everyone not ready to buy yet sits in a sequence instead of going untouched.
Owner: marketing, on autopilot once it is set up.
One number, qualified pipeline or CRM data health, reviewed on a fixed weekly or quarterly rhythm.
Owner: whoever runs the weekly rhythm.
What is a Claude skill (and what it is not)
A Claude skill is a folder of instructions, checklists and scripts that Claude reads before doing a task, the same way a new hire reads a runbook. Install one and Claude follows it: which fields to check in a CRM export, how to word a lead-scoring model, what a good reply looks like. A skill is not a CRM connection, a data pipeline or a person. It does not run on a schedule by itself, and it does not touch your live data unless you separately connect a tool that lets it write.

Clean the CRM first
HubSpot Audit checks contacts, companies, deals and data quality across a whole HubSpot portal in one pass. It is the skill we would install first: it shows what is broken before you pour new leads into it, so scoring and routing built on top of it are not built on bad data. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Clean Data standardizes, validates and deduplicates a CSV of companies or contacts before it ever reaches an enrichment tool. For a small team that still exports lists to a spreadsheet before uploading them, this is the step that stops a dirty file from becoming a dirty CRM. Install: claude install explorium-ai/gtm-skills
CRM Duplicate Detector & Resolver scores how likely two records are the same company or contact, then produces a merge plan instead of merging blind. A B2B SME rarely has the headcount to review duplicates by hand, so a scored, reviewable plan matters more than raw automation. Install: npx github:l3mpire/claude-skills crm-duplicate-detector
Merge Duplicate Companies does the same job specifically for HubSpot company records, keeping merged deal history intact where the general-purpose duplicate detector above might not. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Quarterly Database Cleanup turns the audit above into a recurring habit, comparing this quarter's data health against last quarter's. A CRM audited once and never again drifts back to the same mess within two quarters. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Handle the reply
Reply Handler reads a cold outreach reply and drafts a relationship-first response instead of a generic template. The reply is where most outbound deals are lost, not the first email, so this is the second skill we would install. Install: npx github:l3mpire/claude-skills reply-handler
Email Classifier sorts inbound email by type, priority and the action it needs, which matters once Reply Handler or a human is drafting answers across more than one inbox. It is the sorting step that keeps a hot reply from sitting behind twelve newsletter unsubscribes. Install: npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill email-classifier
Ghost Recovery Sequences builds a flow for prospects who replied once, then went quiet mid-conversation, a gap the standard nurture sequence below does not cover. Install: npx add-skill louisblythe/salesskills --skill ghost-recovery-sequences
Score and route
Score Leads tiers inbound or outbound leads Hot, Warm or Cold against your persona and ICP, so whoever closes calls the right lead first instead of the one that happened to reply fastest. It is the third skill we would install, right after the CRM is clean enough to trust the score. Install: claude install explorium-ai/gtm-skills
Account Fit Rank scores and tiers whole accounts on ICP fit, intent, triggers and workforce momentum, one layer above the individual lead. It answers a different question than Score Leads: not "is this person ready" but "is this company worth pursuing at all." Install: claude install explorium-ai/gtm-skills
Build Lead Scoring builds a two-score HubSpot model, fit and engagement kept separate on purpose. A prospect can be a perfect fit and cold, or a poor fit and highly engaged, and one blended number hides which problem you actually have. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Create ICP Tiers classifies HubSpot companies into ICP tiers straight from firmographic data already sitting in the portal, a fast way to see which slice of the existing database is worth working. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Lead Routing assigns and routes leads using scoring, territory mapping and round robin logic, so a scored lead does not just sit scored, it lands with a named person. Without this step, the scoring work above stays a report nobody acts on. Install: npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill lead-routing
Enrich what is missing
Enrich Company pulls a company's full profile, firmographics, tech stack and funding, so a thin CRM record becomes one a scoring model can actually use. Most B2B SMEs have records with a name and a domain and little else, which is not enough data for the scoring skills above to work well. Install: claude install explorium-ai/gtm-skills
Enrich Contact looks up a prospect's email, phone, title and firmographics from a name or a domain, the individual-level counterpart to the company enrichment above. Install: claude install explorium-ai/gtm-skills
Waterfall-Enrich Contacts enriches HubSpot contacts by trying several external providers in sequence, including FullEnrich, until one returns a result, instead of paying every provider for the same failed lookup. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Full CSV bulk-enriches a plain CSV of contacts with verified emails and phone numbers, useful when the list did not come from a CRM export at all, such as a trade show scan or a purchased list waiting for verification. Install: /plugin marketplace add FullEnrich/fullenrich-skills then /plugin install fullenrich@fullenrich
Nurture and report
Email Sequence Design designs lifecycle and nurture sequences, such as a re-engagement flow for a lead that scored warm but is not ready to talk yet. It is what catches every lead that Score Leads correctly tiers below "call now." Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill emails
Lifecycle Progression Workflow builds the HubSpot workflows that move a contact from Lead through Customer as behavior changes, so the lifecycle stage reflects reality instead of whatever it was set to on import day. Install: /plugin marketplace add tomgranot/hubspot-admin-skills then /plugin install hubspot-admin@hubspot-admin-skills
Analytics Tracking sets up and audits GA4, GTM and conversion event tracking, the layer that tells you whether any of the above is working, not just whether it ran. Without it, a clean CRM and a scored list are a belief, not a measured result. Install: npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill analytics
The order we would install them in
Start with HubSpot Audit, since scoring and routing built on dirty data just automates the mess faster. Run Clean Data and CRM Duplicate Detector & Resolver to fix what the audit found, with Merge Duplicate Companies for HubSpot-specific cases. Once the database is trustworthy, install Reply Handler, Email Classifier and Ghost Recovery Sequences so every reply already sitting in the CRM gets a fast answer.
Next, add Score Leads, Account Fit Rank, Build Lead Scoring and Create ICP Tiers to know who is worth calling, paired with Enrich Company, Enrich Contact, Waterfall-Enrich Contacts and Full CSV, since a score is only as good as the data behind it. Route the result with Lead Routing. Close the loop with Email Sequence Design and Lifecycle Progression Workflow for everyone not ready yet, and put Analytics Tracking and Quarterly Database Cleanup on a recurring cadence so the system does not quietly rot again in six months.
What we left out, and why
Onboarding CRO (Corey Haines) optimizes post-signup onboarding and time-to-value. It assumes a self-serve product with a signup flow, not a B2B service SME whose onboarding starts with a signed contract and a kickoff call, so it did not make this list.
Churn Prevention (Corey Haines) builds cancellation flows, save offers and dunning sequences. The same gap applies: it is built for a subscription product with a cancel button, not a retainer or a project-based sale.
Customer Success (Claude Office Skills) runs onboarding, health scoring, QBRs and expansion playbooks. It assumes a dedicated customer success function running quarterly business reviews, which most lean B2B SMEs do not staff separately from sales.
Customer Onboarding & Implementation (Apparate) covers the same post-sale, time-to-value job as the two above, from a different publisher. Installing three skills for the same job on a small team creates upkeep, not extra coverage.
Account Scoring (OpenFunnel) scores accounts on pain-point relevance, the same job Account Fit Rank and Create ICP Tiers already cover on this list. Three lead-scoring skills answering the same question just multiplies setup work for no extra signal.
What a skill will not do for you
A skill cleans records, scores leads and drafts replies. It does not decide who owns each lead, and it does not keep the weekly rhythm that turns a scored list into a call made the same day. Reply Handler drafts a fast, correct answer, but a real person, ideally the one who owns that account, still has to read it and hit send within hours. If the reply is interesting, the prospect should hear from you, the business owner, fast, not whenever the CRM tab is next open. Skills do not know your industry's specific objections either, and a generic scoring model needs your closed-deal history before it is trustworthy, which is closer to what our sales pipeline conversion work does than what any single skill can.
That ownership map and the weekly rhythm behind it are exactly what we install for clients under the Lead systems letter of the GOALS method.
FAQ
Can a Claude skill change my HubSpot data?
Only if you separately connect it with write access. Most of the audit and cleanup skills above are built to read your data first and show you a plan, a merge list or a scoring model, before anything changes. Check the specific skill's SKILL.md for whether it defaults to read-only or asks for write access.
Is it safe to connect my CRM?
Read the skill's source before granting write access, and test it on a duplicate or sandbox portal first, not your live data. A skill published by an individual on GitHub carries different risk than a tool built and maintained by your CRM vendor, and both still deserve a first run on a copy.
Are Claude skills free?
The skill itself is usually free and open source, most of the ones on this list carry an MIT license or none listed rather than a paid license. What is not free is the CRM seat, the enrichment provider behind Enrich Company or Full CSV, or the Claude usage running the skill.
Do they work in Claude.ai or only Claude Code?
Most of the skills above install through Claude Code using npx skills add or a /plugin install command. A growing number also load inside Claude.ai and the Claude apps, but the exact install path differs by publisher, so check the command listed for that skill rather than assuming it works everywhere.
How do I install one?
Read the skill's SKILL.md first so you know what it actually checks or writes, run the install command listed above, then test it on a copy of your CRM data or a sandbox portal before pointing it at anything live.
